Responsibilities:
Pick / pack orders for website customers in warehouse environment.
Cross train in the Visitor Center for cashier and re-stocking duties.
Acquire strong brand understanding and product knowledge of the entire PEZ Visitor Center.
Advise, assist and interact with guests to enhance their experience and help with product selection.
Provide superior guest service by being friendly and outgoing.
Adhere to the Visitor Center policies and procedures including but not limited to serving guests, re-stocking inventory, exhibit and work area upkeep.
Operate a computer, cash register; handle cash and credit card transactions.
Physical Demands:
Hours/Days of work can be varied due to the demands of the business.
Must be able to work entire shift standing and walking, ability to climb up and down stairs, step ladder and be able to lift approx 25
lbs.
Must be able to pack, unpack and move stock when supporting in receiving/stocking functions.
Requirements:
Prior work experience picking/packing orders, premium retail, or museum environment helpful.
Flexible work availability, including mornings, afternoons, weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) and possible holidays.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills required.
Must have positive, eager, energetic attitude and professional presentation.
Honesty and integrity is a must.
Must be able to work shift standing and walking, be able to lift approx 25 +lbs.
