Connecticut Orthopedic Specialists P.C. (COS) is one of the premier providers of orthopedic care in New England, featuring a wide range of subspecialists, two MRIs, a 3 room surgical center and a large rehab division. Our practice has been providing orthopedic care to our community for over fifty years. We are currently seeking a trained Radiologic Technologist to join our growing practice. This is a per diem position and candidates must be able to work from any of our seven offices in the New-Haven area.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
o Demonstrated ability to perform radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images for interpretation
o Effective communication skills, verbal and written, excellent interpersonal skills required to interact with patients
o Willingness to cross train into other functions
o Ability to demonstrate understanding of COS' safety initiative by strict compliance to all safety protocols and procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
o Must be a registered technologist from an accredited school of Radiology
o Must possess a Radiology Technologist license in the state of Connecticut
o Must have current CPR Certification
o 0-5 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist with a medical practice
o Must be willing to workEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
