Shipping/ Receiving ClerkMilford, CTSummary of PositionProcessing Incoming ShipmentsReconciling the vendor packing list, the physical materials shipped, and CLIENT Purchase Order to one another to confirm that CLIENT received what it ordered and that no physical damage is present.
Any discrepancies must be actions and documented.
Once material has been confirmed acceptable, the material is then entered into an electronic database where a two entry system is standard (offsetting entries)Process paperwork and then submit to office so that the packing list and invoice can be married to each other.
Materials are then tagged and then either distributed to a pending order or placed into the stock room.
Follow up on orders, when an order is late, or expedite an order when a client pulls in a ship date.
Processing Outgoing ShipmentsCreating and applying labels to each assembly in numerical order, and also ensuring that each packed box has assemblies with sequential serial numbers.
Perform a quick visual quality inspection to ensure that the assembly meets/exceeds the client's requirements.
Package the assemblies in accordance to client's requirements.
Request packing list by providing shipment details (weight and qty in each box.
)Perform final packaging of box and then place box out on shipping table for UPSAd HocDepending on the current orders in process and where a bottle neck exists, the individual will be flexed out into production to help.
This might occur a maximum of 30% of the timeRequirements:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
