Assistant Operations Manager
The Sales Manager works under general direction to oversee the implementation and administration of all policies and procedures for company sales. The Sales Manager must be able to provide the highest level of customer service at all levels of the operation while meeting or exceeding clinic sales and goals as set by the company.
Essential Job Functions
Meet or exceed clinic sales and goals.
Telephone Handling- Using the company approved telephone script, schedule appointments with a minimum closing ratio of 51%.
Internet Leads- Using the company approved procedure for handling internet leads
Consultation- through individual consultations, present the company services and promote the value plans. Minimum value plan closing ratio of 80%.
Maintain operation standards according to the company's defined KPI (Key Performance Indicators) benchmarks.
Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to help achieve goals and continued growth
Completing action plans, implementation, resolving problems, identifying trends, determining improvements and follow through
Requirements
Degree in Business or related field
5 years Sales Experience
3 years Management Experience
Previous weight loss program/ product sales experience
Other Skills/Abilities
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
